Since 2002 we have been focusing on service business development, especially industrial services.

Our typical clients are stock listed industrial companies operating world wide and offering a wide set of services. Today our fastest growing client segment is professional services (engineering, training, law, digital marketing, etc.) companies.

We have experience with international projects and with different cultures. In most cases, our working language is English.

We carry out some small scale research to keep ourselves at the leading edge of service science. Even though the majority of the specific results and outcomes of our research projects are meant solely for the benefit of the funding participants, our books are available to anyone (published by the Finnish federation of technology industries).
